Can't boot into macOS Monterey

Hello, i'm trying to do a Hackintosh monterey but it doesn't boot, even after i've tried to fix it. I would appreciate if someone could take a look as to what i'm doing wrong.
My laptop specs:

Laptop model: ASUS ZenBook UX434FLC

CPU model: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-10510U CPU @ 1.80GHz (Comet Lake)

GPU model: Intel(R) UHD Graphics 620 (Supported by macOS)

NVIDIA GeForce MX250 (Not supported by macOS)

Storage: INTEL SSDPEKNW512G8 660p series SSD

Network control models: No Ethernet, Wifi card is Intel Wi-Fi 6 AX201 160MHz Wireless Network Adapter (Supported by macOS)

Audio codec: Intel Comet Point-LP PCH - cAVS (Audio, Voice, Speech) (Realtek ALC294)
