Ryzentosh - Monterey 12.7.4 - Ryzen 7 2700x - Rx 6650 Xt

I managed to configure this Hackintosh with an RX 6650 XT graphics card using the Nootrx kext. I tried other methods, but they didn't work. Eventually, I succeeded. However, I encountered two issues: 1. iMessage isn't working, and 2. it runs slower compared to Windows. Regarding performance, I suspect it might be because of the slow SSD (Emtec X150 250GB), but otherwise, it seems to function normally. I'm considering upgrading to Ventura.

[HELP] Nothing else then OpenShell.efi isn't displaying in the picker

Hello,

as I have said in the title, I cannot pick any other boot option then OpenShell. I already followed the guide in the troubleshooting guide, but with no luck.

Can I dual boot Windows 11 and Mac OS? Seem to have an issue with my config file.

Waking issue once desktop sleep.

Waking issue once desktop sleep.
  1. i9-14900K Raptor Lake
  2. AMD Radeon RX 580 (Polaris 20)
  3. G.Skill Trident 32GB DDR5-6000
  4. Crucial MX500 500GB SATA
  5. Asus TUF Gaming Z790-Pro WiFi
  6. Intel(R) Wi-Fi 6 AX211 160MHz
  7. Realtek ALC1220P / ALC S1220A
  8. Realtek RTL8125B
  9. Sonoma 14.4.1

The only issue I have so far Is I can't wake desktop once sleep. Is this a known issue? I saw a lot of reddit, github or googling successful hackintosh but no one mentioned this issues. Am I missing something? I'm using iMac20,2 or I should be using either MacPro7,1 or iMacPro1,1 instead?

My config.plist --> Note: I remove serial from "PlatformInfo".

Error Sound HDMI

I recently installed MacOs Ventura on my Asus TUF Gaming A520m-plus wifi ryzen 5 5600G IGPU enabled pc.

But I noticed some problems with the sound, the sound card is recognized, but I have an HP m24fwa monitor with sound, macOS recognizes it too but I can't increase and decrease the volume and after some time macOS stops recognizing it.

Is there a way to fix it?

Slow to open apps

Hello guys, my question is here in the hackintosh sub because I never used a real Mac and don’t know if this happens with them.

When I have a fresh stalled system, install Microsoft office, per example, then I start word, it will only open after about 20 seconds.

After the first time the app will open faster, but if I reboot the system, here comes the 20 seconds.

The question is, is this how it really works, I need to let the apps open when my system is booting for them to open faster, I never made a good Hackintosh, my ssd is low quality or anything else?

I didn’t provide my specs because this occurs with all hackintoshes I used.

English is not my first language, sorry for the mistakes.
