I dont have a Mac or know of anyone who has one. At this point I have no means of acquiring one. I also tried Virtual Machine and that didn't seem to work ?
Does this mean I cannot have a Hackintosh ? Are there no other ways ?

So I couldn't find any Clover themes that really matched my tastes so I decided to try and make my own. This is what I've come up with any thoughts or suggestions? or a better place to post?
So I have a working install on El Capitan using MultiBeast 2 years ago.
I want to upgrade it to Sierra and use the vanilla Clover method. I read some posts about how you don't even need MultiBeast and can just put any necessary kexts in the EFI partition and that's what I want to do so I can upgrade my install in the future in any way I want without the mess that usually comes with upgrading.
The current problem is that my computer has a system definition of MacPro 3,1 which is not supported by Sierra. The Mac App Store won't let me download it. I tried to change my system definition to MacPro 6,1 and got stuck at boot so I used Clover to change it back to 3,1 and for now it works again. What do I have to do from here?
Thanks.
We are having recurrent video issues with this setup. The NVIDIA Web Drivers are installed and active, but even YouTube stutters, plus any video played on VLC. This box was meant to be a Final Cut Pro workstation (purchased and assembled Dec 2016) but it simply hasn't been able to do any FCX Pro work. I've hammered at the config plist according to various instructions I've found on the web. At this point I'd like to know the best way to start from scratch with a clean install.

Any help we can get is greatly appreciated.
Okay, so I'll start with my components. I have:
-i7 7700k
-EVGA GTX 1070 FTW (Attempted install both with and without connected)
-Asus z270-AR Mobo
-16 gbs crucial Memory at 2400 mhz (Not sure if it matters)
-TP-link pcie wifi card (Disconnected for install)
I'm trying to install, and I went through my Bios and disabled and enabled everything recommended, and this is where I had to skip a step or two. I couldn't find any specific option for 'IO SerialPort' setting or any way to disable USB 3.0, but I have a series 7 CPU so I dont know if that applies to me.
I'm able to get to the option in clover to Boot MacOS from USB(no option from hard drive) and I get to the Apple Logo. I've tried a few times and got the bar to get to 60-70% of the way through before it just stops.
I've gone so far as to disconnect every hard drive sans my boot drive and the one I'm going to install to.
Has anyone had similar issues with any remedies?
I have a Hackintosh with a Xeon X5675 (6 cores, 12 threads). I can see with htop that the machine is recognizing all 12 threads, but it seems final cut only uses 6 of them when rendering. Is this normal behavior for FCPX or is there some setting that is set improperly? Thanks.
Hello. A few months ago I sucessfully installed macOS (10.14 I think) on my PC. My HDD is encrypted with VeraCrypt (did that on windows). After every reboot I got a notification on macOS that HDD can't be mounted or something like that. After I ran VeraCrypt and decrypted the HDD this notification wasn't there anymore (until the next reboot). Another problem was that the HDD made "click sounds" every I would say 20-30 seconds. Do you think the "click sounds" are caused because the HDD was encrypted on windows and not on macOS? Anyone out there who had/has same problems and solved them?
Thank you for your help! :)
Over the weekend I did a fresh install of 10.12.6 and it keeps freezing. I only have Chrome and Mail opened and it still keeps freezing. My only option is to force shutdown by the holding down the power button.
I am using the RX 480 as my only GPU with the Lilu kexts and the WhateverGreen kexts. I did have a lot of issues with the post installation of 10.12.6. It took me forever to get the audio working and I wasn't able to get the IGPU 530 graphics to work. After multiple attempts.
I wanna install Mac os on a separate harddrive, ill hotswap the harddrives when i want to run windows again. Is this possible? basic specs: Dell inspiron 3543. i5 5200U 4GB DDR3L GT 820M
Hey all, recently in one of my posts I said that I was giving up on building a Hackintosh, but in the end I got a new HDD and a new USB Pen Drive so I decided to anyway. Now the installation was really fast, maybe less than an hour, but what is killing me now is my post installation. I installed Mac OS Sierra with Unibeast and post with Multibeast. Now my sound and internet works fine. I also tried various different ways of installing the Nvidia web driver for my GTX 960 and when I go to about this Mac my graphics are listed as GTX 960. The thing is, the Apple logo at the top left is missing, and when I start my pc before signing in theres a really unpleasant screen, like a broken TV kind of screen. I can log in normally, but that screen bothers me. Also when using the internet sometimes it flashes into the same kind of broken TV screen. Anyone know how to fix this?

Hey friends!!! I'm looking to build a budget gaming PC that can double up as a hackintosh, coming from my 2013 Retina MBP anything will be an upgrade... So I just want to know two things:
1.) is this compatible?
2.) Dual booting is possible right? (Sorry I know this a noob question at work and don't have time to research.)

Posted this in the /r/buildapc and I guess I should have searched a little more to find this guy!
I am about to buy a new 2TB HDD for my laptop - G752VY - and set up a triple boot. I always used VM's until that time.
The basic idea is this: The first slot contains a 128GB NVMe SSD on which I'll install Win10 and a few software. The second drive is the new 2TB HDD on which i'll install Debian 9, macOS Sierra, and it will also be used as data storage for Win10.
So the second drive will have 500GB dedicated to macOS, 500GB to Debian 9 and 1TB dedicated to Win10 Data/software/games. Data inside the Debian and macOS partition are isolated from Win10, and can't be access from each other.
I guess I'll have to install first Windows10 on the NVMe SSD, create the three partitions on the HDD (1TB/500GB/500GB), then install macOS on a 500GB partition and lastly Debian 9 on the remaining 500GB partition.
The main goal is to boot on Win10 by default on the first drive Slot (NVMe SSD). If I need to boot on macOS or Debian, I would have to boot on the second drive (HDD).
Now, does anyone have already been through this setup on a RoG computer ? Is there anything I should expect to happen with the process I described ? It will my first hackintosh on a triple boot setup, is there anything to do in order to maintain the system clean and viable ?
Finally, is it feasible or not ?
