Kernel panic caused by wrong AppleNForceATA? #iATKOS

Hi. I have osx 10.6.2 installed (hazard) and it seems ok I can use it normally but the moment I start doing a lot of things at once or I guess cpu intensive things or actually things that seem to access my hard drive a lot too, like after or during installation of a lot of heavy apps (also while downloading League of Legends, if I start doing stuff on the side) I get this error:

Code:

panic(cpu 1 caller 0x55848d): "getPhysicalSegment () out of 32b range 0x100089000, len 0x1000, class IOGeneralMemoryDescriptor"@/Users/nawcom/Desktop/xnu-1586.2.11/iokit/Kernel/IOMemoryDescriptor .cpp:1587

I looked around and found that it might be because I don't have a good AppleNForceATA kext installed, I did not chose any option for it when I installed SL I didnt see one.

In my system profiler it says AppleNForceATA versopn 1.0.3 - 63-bit = no

I've tried booting with arch=i386 but the same happens.

I dont want to install any random AppleNForceATA.kext as I read that it might cause my system not to boot. is there anyway to back up the one I have and place it back through commands if the new one doesn't work?

My mobo has Chipset - NVIDIA® GeForce 7025 / nForce 630a. NOTE: this mobo doesnt hace AHCI mode.

I just want to make sure I get the correct one and dont rush things.

I think this is the last problem I have. I solved my gfx card overheating (made my own fan knob controller) and Im working on the audio thanks to a lot of help but if I cant I'll just buy an usb audio thing.

So if I can get rid of this kernel panic I'll be very very happy probably wont mess with it for a very long time, I dont seem to have any other problems.

If anyone can help me I'd appreciate it very much.
