I need me some help with installing MacOS

I have a late 2011 macbook pro, 10gb of ram (don't ask why ten instead of 16) and linux mint currently installed on it, but I would like to go back to macos and would also want to dual boot it
I have a 500gb hdd which is only one partition, no usb stick and some dreams, I need some help or at least to know if it's doable without a usb stick, thankss
