is Installing Opencore possible with an outdated Safari

Each time I go into the OpenCore website, my Mac states there isn't a "secure connection".

I just purchased a late 2013 iMac and I'm wondering if I'm even able to download OpenCore if I can't support the website.

Is the Dortania website not compatible with old OS or is this an issue that can be fixed thru my end
