Stuck at "examining volumes" screen

This is my first hackintosh. I followed this video. My specs are:

i7-6700k

gtx 1070

80gb partition for macOS

I'm not sure what else is needed but I can provide anything.

What I've tried:

adding NVMeFix to the kexts folder

retrying multiple times
