MacMini Stuck on Boot

Hello, I have a late 2012 macmini with intel i5, ssd drive, and 8gm of ram. I successfully for the first time updated to Monterey from Catalina yesterday and was shocked how fast the system was. I wanted to try Ventura, did the same process. And now the Mac is stuck on the boot screen.

When I was upgrading to Ventura, halfway through I would receive the error “storage system verify or repair failed. :(-69716). I tried disk repair and it gave an error with the main drive.

Now I’m trying to log back into Monterey but I’m stuck on the following boot screen (see attached picture).

Is there anything I can do to install Ventura or boot back in to Monterey?
