I have a 2017 MBP that had keyboard issues so I replaced it with a 2016 MBP. I decided to use OCLP to get the 2016 on the same version of the 2017 plus I read somewhere I could not jump straight to Sequoia because of the security chip in the 2016.
All went well and I now have a clone of the 2017 on the 2016 after restoring with a Time Machine backup.
In settings I have a option to upgrade to Sequoia. To upgrade to Sequoia do I go this route or do I need to create a USB drive and upgrade via OCLP?
