Can I reinstall just MacOSX partition in a dual boot machine?

I messed up the Monterrey partition with the OCLP updates and now it wont boot. Any chance I can reinstall MacOSX in its partition without damaging the Windows 10 (legacy) partition and everything that is there? Everything is in the same SSD.
