I just found an obscure post that mentions the fix for this error. This error (on Port 0) is stopping my installer dead (Sonoma). This fix was for Ventura, but I'm certain it will work on Sonoma too.
This device translates to my SATA Blu-Ray Burner, so by physically disconnecting this during install, I should get past the errors. Also, once Sonoma is installed, I think the drive will continue to operate correctly when reconnected without the startup errors.
I'll update this post once I'm certain it is fixed.
