Looking to build the fastest possible Hackintosh out there for video editing. Currently I have all of the following parts but the GPU which will arrive soon. I understand that the 990 is not great for OS X. Which is the fastest m2 SSD you can recommend for running the OS on ?

I will keep the 1TB 990 to run Windows.
Essentially, I want to dual boot Windows 11 and OS X. There is a 4090 in there that will be used for windows and then the 6950xt for Mac.
- Will the system benefit from a second 6950xt?
- Is there anyone that can help me with the installation over a video call? I don't really have the time to study the bios settings and make an EFI folder. Happy to hire someone to do it.
