MacBook 2010 White

I recently acquired a white 2010 MacBook with 8GB ram and a 500GB SSD, it currently has high Sierra and I'm looking to see what's the newest OSX I can upgrade to without the machine being overly slow.

I plan on using it for syncing music to my iPod and some internet usage.

Thanks.
