Boot Arguments:
- Experiment with different boot arguments in the config.plist file to see if any specific arguments help resolve the BOOTMISMATCH error.
- Adjusting boot arguments related to kernel, graphics, or ACPI may help in certain cases.
Verify macOS Installation Image:
- Confirm that the macOS High Sierra installation image you're using is not corrupted and matches the version compatible with your hardware.
- Consider redownloading or recreating the installation image to ensure its integrity.
Legacy Boot Settings:
- Check the BIOS or firmware settings of your Intel Penryn system to ensure that legacy boot mode is properly enabled.
- Verify that there are no conflicting settings in the BIOS that could affect the boot process.

Helloo!,
I have been trying to get macos high sierra on an intel penryn for a while now. Yesterday I created my own efi folder. Since the laptop can only boot in legacy, I also followed the legacy guide. However the boot mismatch error still remains. I read something that this is due to the legacy boot? Below is my efi folder if you need it. I already tried to follow some tutorials from other people on reddit. But I don't really understand them.

I hope someone can help me with this,
Thanks in advance to everyone who tries to help me! :)
