I tried to make a catalina UEFI boot usb stick using the latest 10.3.0 and last 10.2.0 and it is not putting any files in the EFI partition or at least it's not shown when pressing [Command Space . ] there is no EFI folder on the main partition either I used the clover installer too and still nothing worked I even put the files on there manually from the github to see if it would boot but still no boot. I might be missing a step, SIP is disabled on my 2013 i7 Macbook Pro Retina / Catalina...
