I have Success fully installed Big Sur 11.4 with OpenCore 0.7.0 after few attempts following guide on their website. Everything works with no issues except disk read delay.
Most noticeable if more than one app tries to read from disk at same time, as well as each app on first start has delay (icon jumps for 10-15 sec) before app shown. As example launch new iOS Simulator takes ~20 min to launch - no issues after that, same for every new app. Issue is noticeable as well when spotlight tries to index files - almost impossible to start any other apps until it finished.
Because there is no errors during boot I don't now in which way dig and what to tune.
Here my system:
Asus Rog Strix B550-F
Ryzen 7 5800
MSI RX6800XT
I have latest kext:
lilu.kext
WhateverGreen
VirtualSMC
itlwm
AppleMCEReporterDisabler
