Can OpenCore somehow disable Bluetooth hardware for Windows (even when booting directly on a Windows only drive)?

I got Big Sur booting with OpenCore 0.65 but when returning to Windows my Bluetooth shows as “off” and I can’t seem to rentable it. MSI MEG Unify, i9-19850k. Coincidence or is this a thing?
