Worked on this for quite a few days, had a problem that caused a very lengthy boot time of about 20 minutes, but finally figured that out (DSDT) and I've got a success! Installed 11.2 and upgraded in place to 11.2.1. Certainly doesn't perform like my M1 Air, but was a lot more fun.

Trackpoint does not function, but this seems pretty common from what I've read. Or the SD card reader. Also still working to figure out why it doesn't wake from sleep, but otherwise everything else seems functional!
