Is there any way to prevent so many random freezes with my Ryzentosh?

I have been working with my Hackintosh for some time and couldn’t find a way to fix random freezes. Everything stops for 2-3 seconds randomly. I tried Big Sur and Success' href='/2020/12/install-macos-catalina-on-supported-pc.html'>Catalina. My OpenCore configuration is here
