Can't enter into BIOS settings after booting Windows 10

I successfully did my first Hackintosh using OpenCore 0.6.4 Debug and installed MacOS Mojave 10.14.6 on my machine:

CPU: i7 9700K
GPU: GTX670
Motherboad: Asus Z390 Prime-A
Storage: Samsung SSD 860 Evo

The machine has three drives total, each with a different OS: macOS, win10 and ubuntu18. I can boot into MacOS as many times as I want and still access the BIOS settings but as soon as I boot any of the other two I can't get into the settings anymore. If I press DEL/F2 to enter into the settings I get a black screen that says there forever. In turn, that means I can no longer select MacOS after having first selected Windows or Ubuntu.

The only way I have managed to get into the BIOS settings again is by disconnecting all the drives while leaving the thumb drive with OpenCore plugged in.

It seems like something is up, I've read in other posts that clearing the BIOS CMOS helped, but tried that and in my case nothing changed.
