I have an MSi ge66 dragonshield and I was wondering if I can run a MacOS VM with an RX 580 in an eGPU enclosure? My dumba*s purchased this laptop not knowing 2000 series RTX cards are not compatible with later versions of MacOS. Im new to the Hackintosh community and I've looked as hard as I can online to have my question answered and have not found a satisfying answer. How reliable is this method if it even works? What are some better, more reliable alternatives for running Mac VMs on my laptop? Looking to run MacOS Mojave or higher.
