Big Sur - Kernel panic seem to be due to Solarflare sfn5122f

Hi,

I recently just upgraded to Big Sur. Everything seems fine except I got Kernel panic whenever computer tries to sleep (or when I try to restart as well). To call out, everything works flawlessly on Catalina. Wonder if anyone has any pointers (crash info below)? Thanks much.

Configuration:

  • Open Core 0.6.3
  • Intel I7-8700K
  • ASUS ROG Maximus X Hero (Wi-Fi AC) LGA1151
  • EVGA GeForce GTX 1060 SC GAMING 6GB GDDR5 (stops at High Sierra)
  • Sapphire Radeon 11265-05-20G Pulse RX 580 8GB GDDR5 (just got this to move to Catalina)
  • 32GB RAM
  • SolarFlare SFN5122F Dual Port 10Gb/s PCI-E 2.0 x8 Enterprise Server Adapter
  • Samsung 960 PRO NVMe M.2 512GB SSD (MZ-V6P512BW)
  • Another 500GB SSD for data.

panic(cpu 0 caller 0xffffff800ec89baa): Sleep transition timed out after 180 seconds while calling power state change callbacks. Suspected bundle: com.apple.iokit.IONetworkingFamily. Thread 0x74bf.
