[OC] Exclude, remove or disable certain device at PCIe?

Hi,

I am trying to avoid macOS of seeing an NVMe SSD, as it is rendering my installer to Kernel Panic s. It's a well known unsupported SSD, where my Windows resides.

Is it possible, similar to how OpenCore handles disabling dGPU's in Device Properties, to disable an NVMe? Or maybe disable a host of a PCIe slot (or the slot itself altogether).
