Can't boot hackintosh - caught burning CPU. Cupsd process error.

Hi hackintosh community.

All of a sudden my hackintosh stopped booting from my main system and identical "carbon clone copy" system drive. It was working perfectly for about a year since the installation.

The text I see all the time: en2: supported channels 1 2 3 .... Process cupsd [232] thread 1204 caught burning CPU! It used more than 50% CPU over 180 seconds.

My hardware:

CPU: i5-9400f 2.9Ghz

Motherboard: Gigabyte z390 Designate (latest Bios F9C)

GPU: SAPPHIRE NITRO+ RADEON X580

SSD: SAMSUNG 970 EVO PLUS, INTEL SSDPEKNW010T8

MEMORY: DDR4-3000 CORSAIR VENGEANCE (2 x 16Gb)

PCIE: Fenvi HB1200 PCIE EXTERNAL WIFI, BLUETOOTH CARD

Software:

Clover 2.5K rev 5070

EFI revision 2.70

Mac OS: Mojave 10.14.6

I would appreciate any help. Thanks.
