Hi All,
I have been trying for a couple of days to get this going. My build, EFI, and most recent logs can be found in this repo:

I used SSDTTime to create my SSDT's. I have tried all of the troubleshooting steps on the Dortania guide for this issue, and never seem to get it right.
Here is an image of where the process freezes:
