For the past week or so I've been trying to install macOS Success' href='/2020/12/install-macos-catalina-on-supported-pc.html'>Catalina/Success' href='/2020/12/install-macos-mojave-on-supported-pc.html'>Mojave on my laptop.
Laptop: Asus VivoBook X512F
Specs:
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8565U CPU @ 1.80GHz
Motherboard: ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. X512FB
Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce MX110 + intel UHD 620
I've tried OpenCore, Hackintosh zone, clover.
I am still new to this but I keep trying to learn and learn.
I always end up stuck on the boot, before the actual os install with the same last line of code:"
"VoodooPS2Trackpad identify touchpad command failed"
I looked it up and got to a couple conclusions:
1) My trackpad:
isn't PS2, so I tried using I2C with no Success (maybe I don't now how to do it right).
2) While I was searching I found something about elan1200 (I saw this pop up a couple of times when I tried to Install), So i downloaded every possible kext I can find on the subject and tried them with no Success .
Currently I/m using windows 10 (64-bit).
If any one can help me finish this damn installation I'd be grateful.
