X299 issue

Wondering if some more hardcore Hackintosh Guru's out there might be able to lead me in the right direction.
I have a successful Build Using a EVGA X299 Dark and a 9800X.
I have everything working either with a fully patched DSDT or I have it fully working with SSDTS (either way it works the same)
Power management is properly working
Sleep/Wake is properly working
USB is mapped properly

So my issue seems to be from what I can tell is when I enable XMP for my RAM I will get random lock ups in the desktop with a spinning beach ball. I can move the mouse around all day long but cannot click on anything and I eventually have to hard reboot the machine.

I am still doing testing but yesterday I ran the machine all day long with XMP turned off and the RAM at the defaults values and did not experience any issues whatsoever.

Tonight I came home, Enabled XMP and within I'd say 30 minutes of messing around it did it.

My next test is to leave XMP off but set the ram to the "XMP" values in BIOS and test again.

Now I also run windows on this machine, XMP works fine without any issues and I am even able to run past the XMP profile of 3600mhz all the way up to 4000mhz without any issues whatsoever(I've had this ram for 2.5 years).

At any rate sorry for the long post, Figured maybe someone might have some pointers.
