Kernel Panic Before Install

Kernel Panic Before Install

System:
Motherboard: GA-Z170-HD3P
CPU: Skylake Intel Core i5 6600
GPU: Gigabyte GTX950 (To be switched to RX570 after install)
Memory: Corsair 16GB 2400Mhz

HDD/SSDs:

  1. Samsung EVO 850 with Install MacOS Catalina/OpenCore EFI
  2. Samsung EVO 850 with running High Sierra/Clover EFI (Unplugged)
  3. OWC Mercury Electra 6G, Blank (Target for Catalina install)
  4. Several WD HDDs (Unplugged for now)

Trying to install Catalina with OpenCore using an extra SATA SSD, with the following EFI

Current Layout of the OpenCore EFI Folder

Background:
Currently have Sierra working with Clover

I get a kernel panic shortly after selecting the Install macOS Catalina option in OpenCore.

I've tried the following:

  1. Disconnecting GPU and booting on integrated graphics (Same result)
  2. Leaving Clover drive plugged in and starting Catalina from Clover (It went as far as the install screen before I stopped)

I've checked the Kernel Panic on Invalid frame pointer section on the OpenCore guide, it looks like I'm following the recommendations laid out there.

Any idea what to try next?

Thanks!
