HDMI refuses to work on UHD 620 Whiskey Lake laptop (Dell Inspiron 3583, i5-8265U)

I tried absolutely everything, but I simply cannot get HDMI video to work on my laptop!

Everything else works beautifully, including sound, sleep and wake, everything!

Tried different frame buffers, manually patching connector types, nothing works. The most I got it to do was make the cursor start lagging when my monitor is connected, but there's still no video and after 15 seconds the lag goes away.

Hardware acceleration works, Dock is transparent etc.

Running macOS Catalina 10.15.6

OpenCore 0.5.9 (Using MacBookPro15,1 SMBIOS)

Dell Inspiron 15 3583 @ BIOS revision 1.9.0

Core i5-8265U + UHD 620 (Using WhateverGreen + CPUFriend)
