OpenCore with Sandy Bridge.. Which Config.plist do I go with?

Hey everybody,

Been using Hackintosh through UniBeast for a while, now I want to go with a vanilla OpenCore install.

I'm following the official guide, but now have to select from the plists but Sandy Bridge (for my i7-2600k) is not listed.

Also another question.. because my Mobo (Gigabyte P67X-UD3-B3) doesn't have UEFI. Does that mean I include among the EFIs also: XhciDxe.efi ("For Sandy Bridge and Older") and AppleUsbKbDxe.efi ("For legacy systems running DuetPkg)? Or do these contradict?
