Does anyone able to launch Adobe CC 2019 or 2020 apps without crashing on loading?

Just as the title says. Im having a hard time fixing Adobe CC apps. Upon opening, they almost crash immediately even when I downloaded from Creative Cloud app

The apps i mostly use are the ff:

Photoshop

Premiere pro

After Effects

Illustrator

XD

InDesign
