Trouble with dual VEGA 64 monitors when PCI-e 10 GbE card installed on 10.14

Hey /r/hackintosh nerds!

I'm having an issue with a black screen boot on a dual monitor setup out of my VEGA 64 when I have a 10GbE PCI-e network card installed. Without the card installed, I can boot two monitors no problem, however, inserting the card I can only boot/use one monitor, and as soon as I plug in a second (even after booting) I get a black screen crash.

Would this be a framebuffer issue that needs to be resolved? Or something else? I've tried troubleshooting a variety of different things (reinstalling Lilu & WEG, a few different clover boot & graphic args, etc) but no luck.
