Hi, i’m about to pull the trigger on this laptop and i’m wondering if it’ll be compatible with a hackintosh.
AFAIK, I should be able to replace the WLAN card and then everything else should work normally (i know I’ll have to disable the MX250 through DSDT).
Any catches or something else to be wary of? It’s been a few years since my last laptop hackintosh, and I need to buy one soon and I won’t be able to return it it’s not compatible. I had my eyes set on a few different ones but they all had soldered WLAN cards which curbed my hackintosh plans.
Are there also any other similar options for similar prices (around ~$1000) that are know to be good for hackintoshes?
