MacOS 10.13.4 upgrade mouse lagging/stuttering

I've Asus Strix z370g-gaming wifi, i7 8700k, 64GB ram, Sapphire AMD RX Vega 56. The build was based on the pastry chef's from: https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/pastrychefs-asus-rog-strix-z370-g-gaming-wi-fi-ac-build-w-i7-8700k-amd-vega-56.239969/ It was working fine (more or less, with GPU fans spinning full power all the time) until I have upgraded it to 10.13.4 (from 10.13.3) hoping to get these fans working in normal way.

The fans are spining the same way, but since the upgrade I have my Magic Mouse stuttering or lagging constantly every few seconds it stops for a 0.5 seconds or less and then just continues. Everything else, animations, system is butter smooth.

I've tested USB mouse and it does the same thing, so it's not bluetooth issue. I've tried installing combo update, but it didn't change anything.

Any clues how to fix that?
