Hello. I previously was having artifacting issues everywhere with my 660ti. So I went ahead and bought a R9 280 to try and solve this issue. So far it seems to have worked! I no longer have artifacting once I am logged into my account and its completely usable. However immediately after reboot and before I login to my account the login screen is completely artifacting, which is really annoying. Does anyone have any ideas on how to solve it?
