I once installed Fedora and Endeavor (linux flavors) on my Mac Pro 5,1 and them removed them completely. However the boot entries still show up in OpenCore bootloader. I just have a Debian install, along with MacOS Monterey.
I've checked the contents of config.plist and there is absolutely no mention of Fedora and Endeavor OS.
