So after installing OpenCore 2.4.0 on my macpro 4,1 that was updated to be a 5,1 and was running macos 10.15 and has a rx580 (mac version) I now have this strange graphical issue as shown above.
I did do the post install patches and restarted.
I only updated to macos 13.7.6 instead of going all the way to the latest version.
