Installing a hardware in my GF's 2011 iMac, the WX7100m + i7 2600, wanted to know if Sequoia would run or if I should downsize OS expectations

As title says been doing some upgrades on my GF's iMac 2011; currently it has 16GB Ram, an i7 2600, and soon a WX7100m 8GB.

Its currently running High Sierra but she wants to use this iMac for programs requiring Big Sur or higher, wanted to see if Sequoia would be feasable with that hardware or if I should downsize expectations to Monteray/Ventura (heard these are pretty stable on 2011 iMac)

Any advice or tips helps and is appreciated. Cheers 🍻
