Would an USB dongle be recognized and work on MBP5,3 running Sequoia 15.4.1?

To enable some extra features, I was considering to get a Ugreen USB Bluetooth 4.0 Qualcomm adapter.

Anyone Success fully using one of those on a similar machine?
