URGENT! A followup to my OpenCore situation

Yesterday I made a post asking how I can revert my 2013 iMac back to Success' href='/2020/12/install-macos-catalina-on-supported-pc.html'>Catalina (the last supported OS) from Sequoia via OpenCore. I ran the post-install patches after installing, but lately ive been frustrated by how slow my conputer's become, and I'm starting to regret doing it. So far, I've been trying for at least 2 days to undo the changes but to no avail.

I don't know if making another post is allowed but I'm panicking as i type. I've been trying to boot recovery mode to reinstall Success' href='/2020/12/install-macos-catalina-on-supported-pc.html'>Catalina but my drive is not showing. I tried erasing my HHD HTS541010A9E662 like one user suggested but it's not letting me. Another user suggests that the fact that my HDD isn't showing could be due to a corrupted EFI. Is there a way I can fix this?

Can anybody help me?
