Updated to 2.4 and know every internet search is "Connection not private"

Hello, I just wanted to know if there is a fix to this issue. After the update, all my web searches (aside from YouTube for some reason) say connection not private.

I have a mac book pro 8,1 with OPLP 2.4.0 Sequoia 15.5
