Does anyone know what this error message means ?

I have a 2014 MacBook Pro (Retina, 15inch, Mid 2014) and I have been trying to upgrade to Monterrey from Big Sur using Open Patch. I have been following YouTube videos to a T and then I got this error message and yes I have a 64gb USB to complete these downloads. Now the reason why I even want to upgrade is I need Microsoft Office and the App Store says I need an updated version that’s 13 and higher. I’ve tried Microsoft Online but it’s not the same and whenever I try to open a Word Doc it shows it like an index writing. Does anyone know how I can bypass this or what I did wrong so I can Success fully download Mac Monterrey
