Worked fine, then GPU patches failed. Update won't allow to patch?

Hello! I love OpenCore, hopefully someone can assist with this issue. Installed Sonoma on a 2012 MacBook air - worked great for two weeks!

Booting between Sonoma and Success' href='/2020/12/install-macos-mojave-on-supported-pc.html'>Mojave (10.14) Then, a week ago I booted into Sonoma and the GPU acceleration completely dropped off - slow as molasses.

I see a new update patch was available, so I allowed the auto-updater to download and went to install - but it put up an error message (screenshot) saying it expects a newer OS version?

Now whenever I boot the machine, it's clearly telling me it needs Root Patches, but when I try, it won't allow Root Patches to install. I am traveling so I don't have the USB key that I originally used to install OpenCore so I can only use whatever the installer update downloader providers.

Any ideas? Thanks!
