Install MacOS Sequoia failed on 2017 iMAC, tried many times

Issues:

1. In the first choose EFI window, the wifi is ok, when went to install macos sequoia window, the WIFI not working anymore (did not find my wifi).

2. The installation failed with copy files, rebooted always on around 11 or 12 minutes left, say capture images. Tried to build the installation usb with another USB disk.
