How to upgrade from OCLP Big Sur to OCLP Ventura (2010 iMac)

Hey I have a 2010 iMac I got for free many many years ago. I upgraded it to high sierra but rarely ever used it. There was an app I wanted to use with it that required Big Sur or newer so a few weeks ago I upgraded it to Big Sur (unsupported through OCLP) it's honestly running fine but now there's another app I want to use that requires Monterey or newer so I want to upgrade it again. I'm thinking I'll just take it to Ventura bc why not. If it breaks, it's not the end of the world really. This is a free iMac that has been with me for about 10 yrs. All I've ever done to it is upgrade the ram to 16gb.

My question though is do I download Ventura through OCLP, put it on a flash drive, run efi boot or whatever and install it that way? Like I did with Big Sur? Or should I be able to just upgrade directly from the App Store? When I try to download Ventura from the App Store, it says it's not available. In about this Mac, it's showing me the upgrade for sequoia (which I don't wanna do bc I feel like I'm already pushing my luck here)
