Used Mr. Macintosh's YT video "macOS Monterey on Unsupported Macs [2008-2015] OpenCore Legacy Patcher" to do a clean reinstall on a new 1TB SSD following it to the T. Everything exactly as described, but then after using it for 30min spinning wheel pops up and nothing on my laptop opens anymore. When I check what applications are running, it is the AvatarPickerMemojiPicker that is stuck, although I did not actively use it and my profile pic is a static pic. I had exactly the same problem on my previous 500GB SSD, eventually it leads to spinning wheels --> green flickering screen --> having to force restart. I thought getting a new larger SSD would do the trick but I'm stuck again. For what it's worth I used OCLP 2.1.2 for Monterey 12.7.6 since that was approved by Mr. Macintosh. I can't see anyone posting something similar with regard to OCLP, am I really the only one who is stuck with these Memojis without using them :(
Force quitting it once won't do it, it reappears :(
