I got this error when trying to update my MacBook Pro 15” mid 2015 from Monterey to Sequioa. When I run first aid on my SSD I get ‘File system verify or repair failed -69845. Luckily my system will still reboot into Monterey. From what I can see, best advice is to wipe the SSD and start fresh, I’m just scared of getting stuck into a position where I am unable to Success fully install an OS onto it if there really is a problem with my SSD but it seems to be working okay at the moment.
Has anyone found themselves in a similar position? Should I just stay on Monterey?
