Mac Mini mid 2011 root patching of Sandy Bridge fails on Ventura

I have Success fully installed Ventura on a mid 2011 Mac Mini but the root patching of the Sandy Bridge GPU fails as seen on the screenshot.

Any idea how to fix this?
