[NEW TO HACKINTOSH] "support.apple.com/mac/startup"

Good day! I wanted to get MacOS on my laptop and found out about Hackintosh. However, I'm not sure if I did anything wrong because I am new and this is my first time to this kind of stuff. The error I'm getting is "support.apple.com/mac/startup" which can be seen here

My specs are: Ryzen 7 4800H, GTX 1650, 16GB RAM, 1TB SSD

I am trying to update to Ventura. I have already tried MacBookPro16,3 but it also didn't work. Your help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
