I can't boot without usb plugged in? HELP lmao

My local efi boot keeps failing? It was working completely fine till last week.

Ive tried installing OpenCore to ssd, root-patching, resetting nvram, disabling sip... I'm genuinely lost.

Ive tried everything, but literally nothing works... I don't want to have to carry around a usb stick for restarts :(

MacBook Pro 13,3 (15" 2016), macOS Sequoia 15.0.0 (I tried downgrading to Sonoma, same problem...)
